Our returns policy
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached.
- Returns are free for UK orders.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- Personalised items cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
How to return an item
Sign in to your account, choose the order and select the items you want to send back. Print the prepaid label, pack the items securely and drop the parcel at any collection point.
